- I will research the comparable
sales data in your area, prepare
and present a comprehensive
market analysis to determine
the proper pricing for your
home.
- I will help arrange for repairs
to be made that were discovered
during your pre-inspection.
- I will make suggestions about
how to make your house look
and show its best.
- I will submit your house into
the Multiple Listing Service.
- I will create additional exposure
by placing a Remax sign in the
yard and a lock box on the door.
- I will personally promote
your home at Remax's weekly
sales meeting and schedule a
tour for our full-time agents
to preview your home for their
buyers.
- I will develop a list of features
about your home with a survey
when available, and multiple
color photos, all on a custom
information sheet.
- I will send a custom information
sheet to each agent who has
sold a home in your neighborhood
in the past year.

sources are appropriate for every
property. I will choose any and
all methods appropriate to get
results in the sale of your home.
OTHER SELLER SERVICES
- I will announce to all cooperating
brokers that your home is available
and provide information for
them and their homebuyers.
- I will be fair, ethical and
honest to all parties in each
transaction. But as your agent,
I will work to get you the best
price, terms and conditions
possible when negotiating your
contact.
- I will work with my licensed
assistant to coordinate all
the details from contract to
closing and keep you informed
as to the progress of inspections,
financing and closing procedures.
- I will review the HUD-1 Settlement
statement with you, attend closing
for you and deliver your check
after closing takes place.
