| INITIAL ACTIVITIES
During my initial visit, I'll
ask you an incredible amount of
questions. I will gather the information
I need to successfully market
your house, get all your contact
information, and collect any documentation
you may have on hand that will
aid in marketing your home. I'll
measure your house for accuracy,
including the exterior dimensions
and each room inside. You can
help make this initial visit go
smoothly by having all the necessary
items on hand. Here's
a checklist to help you.
I will take all this information
back to my office and conduct
a comparative
market analysis, then present
the analysis to you, along with
creative ways to make your home
as appealing as possible to the
average buyer. To see some of
the ways you can increase the
appeal of your home, click

Together, we will decide on a
price for your house, discuss
financing alternatives, and home
warranties. You'll sign a listing
agreement, then the fun begins!
- If you plan to live in the
house while it is on the market,
I will ask if you have any special-needs
regarding appointments from
other agents to show your home.
- If you leave the house vacant
while it is on the market, is
very important to leave all
utilities on, so that prospective
buyers can try out all the systems.
I make a point to periodically
checked my vacant listings to
make sure everything is in order.
