I was born and raised in the Triangle. I grew up in Durham County but I have lived in each of the three counties that make up the Triangle area. I have spent the last 30+ years watching this area grow and change and I believe it is all for the better. I have an intimate knowledge of what each county has to offer with regards to schools, neighborhoods, shopping, restaurants and other activities.

I love my job as a Realtor. I get to work with so many wonderful people who are expecting me to provide knowledge, experience and reassurance. I have seen hundreds of homes throughout the Triangle area. Every house is different and the towns that they are in are all different. Each town has a little something special to offer.

I enjoy sharing my knowledge with each customer. The more I can educate them about the market place and towns the more confident they are about their decisions. I work with A LOT of Sellers who moved here 3 or 4 years ago and had an agent that worked the town they sold them in. They always say to me, "if only we'd known that ______ was only 20 miles West we would have moved there." I help a lot of my customers sell their current home and we find them a new home in the area that suits their families needs.

I am one of the few agents in real estate today that runs my business like a business. I have a fantastic office staff who is trained to handle any situation that arises and continue to provide outstanding customer service. I provide full service real estate benefits. I don't cut my commission because I don't cut my services. I provide expert representation one customer at the time.

I am in the top 5% of the agents in North Carolina. I have been licensed since 1996 and I received my Brokers license in 1999. I believe that hard work, market knowledge and a real passion for helping people have attributed to my success. My mentor has instilled in me that each experience must be "win/win".

I was born and raised in the Triangle area. I lived in Chapel Hill most of my life and have seen many things change in this area throughout the years. I lived in Northern Durham for 8 years before moving to Raleigh where I currently live. I have enjoyed the many specialties that each area of the Triangle has to offer.

I received my North Carolina Real Estate License in 1996 after beginning my career as the Manager for a top producing real estate team in Durham. Throughout my 8 years of service, I helped that agent build their company from the ground up and helped them achieve the goal of being the top listing and sales agent for their office before my leaving in 2001.

I also helped coordinate the efforts of one of the mega producers at Remax in Raleigh. We worked as a Team of 8 and I oversaw the sales coordinating end of each transaction.

My work experience combined with Lisa's hard working nature and proactive approach to real estate make a successful winning Team. We believe in providing outstanding customer service along with expert representation to each customer. We treat each and every customer like they are our only customer.
